I purchased this secondhand from someone who said they hadn't used it. It was in its original box with a "certified refurbished" sticker attached. I tested it myself to ensure everything worked as it should and it does. I already have a Nespresso or I would keep this myself-these are really nice machines. This one brews nice and hot and is fast. I have attached a video and photo of an espresso pod brewed. This was tested then used a few times to ensure it is in proper working condition and it is. This takes the Vertuo size pods that can be either a cup of coffee or an espresso shot/double shot. You will receive the exact machine pictured.
